Qupage reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time. When we make changes to the Agreements that we consider material, we’ll notify you through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after those changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.

These Terms will continue to apply to you until terminated by either you or us. If you terminate the service, you agree that Qupage shall have no liability or responsibility to you and will not be responsible for any difficulty or problem which may occur.
Qupage may suspend your access to the Service at any time, even in the event of actual or even suspected unauthorized use of the Service or non-compliance with the Terms of Use. In this case, you will be refunded only the amount that you have paid in advance from the date of your rejection to the end of the subscription and there is no other liability to you.

Our service and the content provided through it are the property of Qupage (Cyprus) Limited and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use of our service. The “ERRAND PRO” software applications are licensed, not sold, to you, and Qupage retains ownership of all copies of the software. All materials and contents contained in this Website (including but not limited to the trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, text, button icons, images, logos, audio clips, digital downloads, and any information or features, any data and software) and the Website itself, are copyrighted materials belonging exclusively to us and are protected by Cyprus Law.

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, negligence, shall Qupage or its employees or representatives be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials of our application even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or we should have known. Please note, however, that other aspects of your use of the Service may be governed by additional agreements. Those terms and conditions shall govern only with regard to the aspect of the Service to which they apply, and are distinct from and supplemental to these Agreements, and do not supersede these Agreements. To the extent that there is any conflict between those agreements and these Agreements, these Agreements shall control, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.
All products sold on our app are sourced from various suppliers. Qupage will not be responsible for any copy right issues and legal conflicts of the product. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
YOU AND US AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER OR IN ANY REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY OR PROCEEDING.

Qupage will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. Qupage reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Service, with or without notice, all without liability to you for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Service or any function or feature thereof. You understand and agree that Qupage has no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update the Service, or to provide all or any specific content through the Service.

Reviews and ratings for any product are welcome. We would ask you to do this on the basis of your experience and with good will.
We and our colleagues accept all reviews and consider them important.
However, we are not responsible for the content of the ratings and comments published.
We have the right, at our absolute discretion, to consider that these are abusive, offensive, indecent or defamatory to remove them at any time without the obligation to inform or justify our action.

All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any relating to your use of the Service, shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court located in Cyprus.

The products that are offered through our platform belong to our suppliers and we both make every effort to provide all the necessary information and features of these products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, or you find that the information does not correspond to what you received you have the right to return the goods you purchased.
Please contact directly your supplier for return or change the goods you ordered, as Qupage Cyprus LTD is not responsible or liable.

However, we are not liable to you or to any third party due to inability to forward the order due to technical or other reasons or for the timely delivery of the products you ordered. Suppliers to whom you have placed your order confirm the receipt and are responsible for sending the products to you.
